Hitchcock Printing and Distribution Services was founded in 1904 by Edwin Rogers Hitchcock, a highly respected businessman and community leader, who took great pride in job quality and professionalism. Today, over 100 years later, the business remains focused on excellence in craftsmanship, commitment to customer service and involvement in the community.

With a 21,000 sq. foot facility, we utilize highly skilled individuals and state of the art Heidelberg equipment. From single to six color printing, every order has to be perfect. The vision for the future is very clear Hitchcock Printing will continue to take a consumer-focused approach, partnering with both clients and vendors and maintaining a customer-led business based on mutual trust.

Justin Cote Vice President

Justin has worked at Hitchcock Printing since 2007 and has held various positions in the company during his tenure. He was promoted to Vice President in 2023 and currently oversees all the production in the New Britain facility.
Carl Glendening Sales

Carl started learning about printing from his father, a retired pressman, when he was young.  Since then, he has worked in the graphic communications industry in typography, pre-press, and mailing. 
Rob Phalen Pre-Press Manager

Rob graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1999 with a BFA in Graphic Design. Since then he has amassed a wealth of knowledge of pre-press and printing technologies.

Patricia Cote Corporate Secretary

Pat Cote, a graduate of CCSU, holds both a BA degree in Graphic Design and a MS degree in Art Education. With over 40 years of experience in business, Pat has worked in estimating, customer service, & purchasing
Melissa Ramos Senior Project Manager

Melissa joined the Hitchcock team her senior year as an intern in the prep department. With a desire for more experience in the printing industry, Melissa moved into sales and customer service.

Patti has over 15+ years of well-rounded experience in print production and project management. Proven skills in managing customer relationships. 
Brian Erwin Estimator

Brian began his graphic arts career after graduating from the CPI. His background includes experience in all aspects of printing. Brian enjoys historic architecture, classic cars and spending time with his family.
Catherine Silberman E-Prep

Catherine first went to a technical high school and then became a CCSU Alumnus with a BS in Graphics Technology. She has a versatile skill-set including Graphic Design and Pre-Press specialties.
Denise Rodriguez Company Liaison

Denise became a full-time part of The Hitchcock Printing team in 2023. In her down time, Denise has a passion for travel, martial arts and making home made soaps.
